Can’t Wait to Visit Christmas Markets in Europe and Hear Christmas Songs

First of all, I would like to extend my prayers and heartfelt condolence to the families and friends of the victims of Paris attack one week ago and also to other victims of terrors from around the world. It is really sad and sometimes I ask myself, “Is there still a safe and peaceful place to live in this world”? No matter what, I will still keep on traveling and exploring our beautiful planet. More on that, let us always pray for  love, peace and unity  for our planet.

Go Travel and See Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Let’s go travel and see the world again. I guess, it is time to  give you some  updates  from my recent travels.  It seems that I am away here for sometime and  I apologize for that.  I am  just so busy  with so many things at the moment. What can you expect of a  wanderlust  like me who is having a full time job plus the many offline and online tasks  that I need to  finish everyday.  What a life indeed but I  would say, I am making the most of it and I am happy.

The Stari Most or The Old Bridge. It was originally built by the Turks in 1566 and it was destroyed in 1993. It was rebuilt in 2004.  The bridge is the highlight of Mostar and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The bridge is 21m high and spanned over  Neretva River.

I have so many things to share from my recent travels in the Balkans this year.  I would slowly  like  to  share it to you one at a time.  I believed,  that round trip in the Balkan Peninsula  is one of the many highlights  of my  travels this year.   For this year 2015,  I visited  10 countries so far,  inspite  having a full time job and so far 48 countries, all in all. Visiting one place or country at a time makes me happy and contented. I hope one day, I can travel the world full time and  I am working for it right now. …hopefully in 5-6 years. (more…)

Having a Source of Power to Move Your Vessel

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Even the smallest of boats can be difficult to lift and carry. You may be unable to get yours in and out of the water and storage dock without some mechanical help. When you want to be able to lift, move, and transport your vessel safely, you may use a mechanical lift for this purpose. However, the lift itself cannot operate without accessories like boatlift motors and other small engine parts. When you are unsure of what kind of engine to buy for your lift or what kind of motors can be found in your local area, you can simplify your search by shopping online. (more…)

I always know that I will be visiting Budva, Montenegro again.

The other week, I received the travel confirmation  and from that time on, I can’t wait for the next  travels to commence.  I really miss those years when I just travel anytime and anywhere I want. Being a full time blogger before and a digital nomad, I can work anytime I want as long as there is an internet connection and I have my laptop and  other travel gadgets with me. Gone are those days since I started working full time. Honestly, I miss those years especially in 2013 when I visited 22 countries in a  span of a year. Wow, that was an awesome year exploring different places and countries and seeing the beauty of HIS creations. (more…)

After over two weeks of waiting,  I finally received this  beautiful postcard from New York.  A blogger friend name Jessica visited  “The Big Apple” last time. It has one of the largest and most famous skylines on earth, dominated by the iconic Empire State Building. One of the photos I took during my second visit in Last Vegas.

When the time that you can only go out at night because the days during summer season in Vegas is so hot, would mean going to sleep so late at night or even going home early in the morning. This means that you also wake up so late during the day. Thanks to my dear siblings, I had chances to visit the “World’s Gaming and Entertainment capital”. (more…)

Photo of the Day- The Merlion in Singapore

Travels and memories! Yes, it feels great everytime I remember my past travels. Thanks to our modern technology especially the invention of digital cameras. Taking   photographs helps us to  remember well our past travels. Besides, these are the things we can take home for free so take as many pictures  you can when you travel.

The photo I am featuring today was taken in Singapore. This statue is known as the Merlion. As you can see in the photo, it is a creature with a lion’s head and a body of a fish. The Merlion is the national personification of Singapore.

The Singapore Merlion: Its name combines “mer” meaning the sea and “lion”. The fish body represents Singapore’s origin as a fishing village when it was called Temasek, which means “sea town” in Javanese. The lion head represents Singapore’s original name—Singapura—meaning “lion city” or “kota singa”.
